Techno Pex Pipes for ground heating nets

The ground heating system depends on posing hot of low temperature (40o - 50o) Celsius, within a net of pipes distributed upon the ground insulator all over the place by many circulators, thereby each circulator consist of a single pipe (without joints), this pipe passes through a union of the backward line.  
The geometric study defines the quantity of width between the pipes. since there are differences in temperature of the heated places, then pipes must be densities in the cold places so that the surfaces temperatures become equal, no way must the ground get a temperature higher than (28o - 30o)

Installation
We put the insulator board (strawboards) on the ground of the desired heating place there to yet the wanted insulation, this insulation is characterized of high density and pressure with 3 cm.

Put the reflectors sheet before putting the pipes thus reducing the thermal loose rate and getting higher heating as well.
Distribute Technopex pipes upon the reflector sheet according to a geometrical lineation that was put by experts of the company in the studies - department.
Connect the pipes heads to the lopper unions existed in the cabinet which was first fixed in a way that the pipe goes out from the outlet - union, then goes back into an inlet-union. 
Put the pipes under pressure 10 bar.

►  Pour the cement layer ( together with special plastic material supplied by the company) and leave expansion partings around this cement body.
